The First Lady of China appears to have suffered an unfortunate make-up mishap as she arrived at the Lord Mayor's banquet this evening.
The fashion conscious Madame Peng Liyuan, who has already stepped out in several outfits during the first two days of the state visit, appeared to white powder on her forehead and nose.
