So the USA criticizes Russia about its bombing killing civilians in Syria and then go one better and manage to bomb a medical facility killing civilians and Doctors in Afghanistan. The comment put out after the bombing was 'it 'may have resulted in collateral damage to a nearby medical facility'' that's how you dismiss the killing of innocent people.

While Putin is bombing ISIS, we are bombing Doctors Without Borders, shameful.

This is what happens when a country thinks it can wage war on terrorists only through air "power" and refuses to get its hands dirty. America is trying to have its cake and eat it, too. It wants to wage war, and yet do so in a way that doesn't rouse public opinion against such engagements back home --- which would basically happen when American soldiers are on the ground. So many innocents and civilians end up paying the price for America's attempts to 'sanitize' war and make it look easy to its citizens.

All the money and power in the world yet the US intelligence is almost non existent.

This is what you get Obama when you refuse to take a real offensive position

Americans always screw everything up don't they? The war is in Syria where ISIS is.

IObama was trying to make the point that his multi billion dollar deal with the 'good rebels' to oust Assad was working but this was a bad idea. (The spin on the RF airstrikes also didn't work; FYI Barack, you really have to wait to release the evidence your interns picked off the web until AFTER the RF pilots take off.) I've got to hear the WH press spin this one...liveleaks, here I come!

A horrifying tragedy! NATO must own this awful act and take immediate action to stabilize the situation they caused. Doctors Without Borders do amazing work in many nations, and their safety MUST be assured by NATO.

Disgraceful. More innocent people are killed in these attacks than terrorists.

And the US has been screaming out at Russia for killing the "Wrong" rebels. But ok for the US to "Accidently" kill doctors and nurses!

USA's breathtaking hypocrisy in daring to criticise P u t i n for k i l l i n g the 'enemy', whilst they have succeeded only in the incompetent, savage m u r d e r of doctors and vulnerable patients, dismissing it as 'collateral damage' is shocking, at best, and disgraceful at worst. I'm beginning to think P u t i n is the only leader we can all actually 'trust' with w e a p o n s at his disposal. I hope this silences USA and UK, and they allow him to clean up the brutal u n h o l y mess the w a r-c r i m i n a l s Bush and Blair caused in the first place!

My deepest condolences to the families, friends and community of Doctors Without Borders in this senseless tragedy. I hope people consider donating to these wonderful doctors, nurses and staff who give so much for others, I am so sorry.

I think Putin will issue an statement asking Obomba to stop attacking civilian installations

I remember not to long ago Biden and Obama both going on national television and strongly condemning Netanyahu for this very same thing. I wonder if they will both announce the same shame for what they caused? Could you imagine Obama actually taking responsibility for anything? Ever?

R.I.P. to the victims and condolences to their families. What has happened to America? It seem to be disintegrating before our very eyes. Police shooting citizens, nut jobs killing students and now bombing hospitals. Yesterday they vilified Russia for targeting moderate rebels, who we all know are just as bad as ISIL, yet they call this incident collateral damage and expect people to accept it. The citizens of the US need to get rid of their current administration. They need to find a new form of politics which work for the people of the country, not leave the corporations install the President that they feel will benefit them. Great civilisations have risen and fallen since the dawn of time. If the American people don't do anything about their situation then I fear they will be the next civilisation to fall and they'll only have themselves to blame.

I'm an American. I'm upset by this and don't understand what the ef is going on!! Isn't it somewhat clear by now how much area will be affected by collateral damage?? If the risk was there and they were supposedly informed 30 min prior (which doesn't seem like a lot of time to move patients and staff out) why did they proceed? Lack of effective communication. Shameful. Absolutely shameful.

The US have been killing people like this for years with their drone strikes, the problem is that the Government controlled media never reports the truth anymore.Check out the figures for US drone strikes and see how many innocent people they have killed.

And just after the Western World's Dunce-in-Chief Obama chastised and 'warned' the Russians....How rich.

My old Dad was a desert rat in WW2 and my husbands dad a British Marine both liked the Americans as people but said they were disastrous as soldiers shooting more in "friendly fire' than enemies looks like not much has changed then Jane
ZeitGeist, Going, Tuvalu
It's not collateral damage, it's murder, pure and simple. And Americans are good at that.
