Yes small dirty cages. The pics are proof. All private zoos like this should be closed with immediate effect

They took all the time to get pictures... How about doing something more helpful for these poor creatures? This is so sad!

Why is it so hard to immediately remove these animals to a safe location??? Is it money, willing shelters, or what? There's no excuse for the suffering of these poor animals.

What a disgusting looking zoo. Is Russia behind the west by decades or centuries?
ㄴInspector Gently, Costa del East Anglia, United Kingdom
Decades. It's ISIS who are behind by centuries.

Justmyopinion, so what did the progressive UK do in Iraq then?

That is not a zoo! The cage sizes are disgusting. I appreciate that many people feel that humans should come first in a crisis like flooding and I am not saying animals are above humans, just pointing out that the conditions before the flooding were awful for the animals.

This is so painful to see. Absolutely heartbreaking

Well if it wasn't for selfish humans locking them up like this for money, they'd be alive and free by now. RIP you poor, poor creatures xx

Animals don't belong in the zoo they should in their natural habitat and anyone who thinks otherwise should try and live in a cage for a day and see how they like it. The day us humans learn that animals are intelligent creatures will be the day the world is a better place. These beautiful creatures shouldn't be locked up, they did nothing but be their most beautiful selves.

SO very true Alex, but unless the human population is drastically reduced the only placed left for these animals to live in will be zoos. The Human swam is devouring this planet like a horde of locusts.

I just can't bring myself to read another article about inhumane treatment of our fellow mammals. Zoos are WRONG.

Umoth... I actually prefer the even more frightening and unpalatable analogy of "like a spreading cancer"
